How to cook a pork bun with rice balls and a little ketchup recipe

Recipe adapted from Taro Bun Bun.

Ingredients 1 bun, cooked in a saucepan 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil (to fry rice balls) 1/4 tsp sugar 1 tsp fish sauce 1/3 cup (1 stick) butter, melted (or use vegetable oil) 1 egg 1 large tomato (cut into wedges) Instructions Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the oil to the pan and fry the pork buns for 10 minutes.

Once the pork bun has turned golden brown, add the sugar and fish sauce to the frying pan.

Fry for another 5-10 minutes until the sugar is melted.

Meanwhile, heat the butter in a small frying pan and add the egg.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Remove from the heat and add tomato wedges to the oil.

Fry the egg mixture for another minute or two, until cooked.

Serve with rice and a ketchup, garnished with a slice of tomato.
